Every rental includes the Barn, the Garden, and the Cottage for the full day. Rates vary by day of the week and season.

Every Rental

What's included

  • Exclusive use of the Barn, Garden, and Cottage for 12 hours
  • Farm tables and cross-back chairs for up to 250 guests
  • An on-site day-of coordinator from load-in to last dance
  • Bridal suite and groom's quarters access from 10am
  • Full string lighting and a dimmable reception chandelier
  • Private gravel parking with an attendant
  • A rain-plan transfer from the Garden into the Barn
  • Access for licensed caterers and our preferred vendor list

A 25% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Ceremony-only rentals and rehearsal dinner add-ons are available on request.
